GDC and Yonkers Officials Celebrate ‘Topping Off’ of [email protected], 55-Unit Luxury Apartment Complex
YONKERS, NY (November 15, 2017) – Ginsburg Development Companies (GDC) today joined with Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano along with other city officials and dignitaries to celebrate the “topping off” of [email protected], a new boutique luxury rental apartment building in the Greystone neighborhood of Yonkers.
The topping off, which marks the completion of the final floor and roof of the building, was celebrated with the raising of an American flag atop the 3-story building.
Located at 1177 Warburton Avenue just a block north of GDC’s River Tides at Greystone rental complex, [email protected] features 55 spaciously designed apartments with 10-foot ceiling heights, oversized windows and wide plank flooring. Kitchens feature Euro-style cabinetry, porcelain tile backsplash, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Designer baths come with modern vanity, Kohler fixtures, ceramic wall tiles and porcelain floor tiles. Most apartments have bay windows and/or balconies with stunning views of the Hudson River and Palisades. The one-bedroom apartments range in size from 715 square feet for a 1-bedroom, 1.5 bath unit to 1,245 square feet for a 3-bedroom, 2 bath unit. Monthly rents range from $2150 to $3995 and occupancy is scheduled for May 1st.
Amenities at [email protected] include a Club Room for private parties and building sponsored events with complimentary WiFi; Fitness Center with available personal trainers; and a sundeck overlooking the Hudson River and Palisades. A fully enclosed indoor parking garage includes electric charging spaces and bike racks.
